All paid plans include the budget planner, strategy comparisons, buying checklist, rental cash records, maintenance tasks, and CSV export. One subscription covers the workspaces you own. Monthly AI and data allowances reset monthly, including on yearly subscriptions, and are shared across those workspaces. A full address analysis uses up to four property-data requests; a comparables-only lookup uses up to two. Each listing scan uses up to two property-data requests; a market lookup or rental-evidence refresh uses one; automatic scans use the same allowance. Unused requests do not roll over. Processing attempts count toward usage. Service safeguards can temporarily limit availability.
